Return Policy or exchange

Items Eligible for Return

Most items purchased on Paul Ranger Studio are eligible for return or exchange provided that they are shipped back to us within 14 days of the item's delivery date and received in their original condition, all tags affixed and packaging included.
Should a customer refuse delivery of their order from a shipping courier, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Domestic Return

To initiate a return, sign in to your account: Request a return. For an exchange, please contact us : contact@paulrangerstudio.com.

If your return or exchange is eligible, we will provide you with a return label for a flat fee of $5 per return or exchange order.

If you do not see a refund applied to your original form of payment within 7 business days from processing of your return, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company for further assistance.

We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund back shipping, taxes or duties.
