Return Policy or exchange

 Items Eligible for Return 

Most items purchased on Paul Ranger Studio are eligible for return or exchange  provided that they are shipped back to us within 14 days of the item's delivery date and received in their original condition, all tags affixed and packaging included.
Should a customer refuse delivery of their order from a shipping courier, they will not be eligible for a refund. 

Domestic Return

If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a return label with a flat fee of 8 dollars . 

If you do not see a refund applied to your original form of payment within 7 business days from processing of your return, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company for further assistance.

 We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a returns processing fee of 5 dollars per return order and  we do not refund back shipping , taxes or duties.
